Pavarsisht se nuk jam ndonje e apasionuar mbas politikes, mora vesh qe Hillary Clinton ka vendosur qe do ta lere fushaten e saj dhe ka deshire tashme vetem te ndihmoj Obamen per te hedhur poshte republikanet.
Ajo ka falenderuar publikisht te gjithe personat qe kane vendosur besimin e tyre tek ajo dhe eshte lutur qe ndihma dhe suporti te kaloj tek Obama.

Kam simpati per Hillary Clinton ne fakt, dhe doja qe ajo ta fitonte emerimin per kandidate. Por meqe superkorporatat, superdelegatet (e superfuqi te tjera) vendosen ndryshe, paqja qofte me ta. Jam pak skeptik tani per mbarevajtjen e fushates se demokrateve, me gjithe mbeshtetjen qe familja Clinton i jep (te pakten formalisht) Obames.
Nuk di a ka arritur populli amerikan ne ate pike qe te pranoje nje mulat si president kur 90% e popullsise eshte kaukaziane dhe/ose latine
McCain eshte nje hero lufte, dhe ne kete kohe frike e lavazhi truri ofron me shume mbrojtje (reale apo fiktive qofte) se Obama.
Megjithate levizja e Hillary-t ishte prej politikaneje te forte, dhe megjithese e mundur, doli me nder.

Te gjithe shqipetareve na erdhi pak inat, sepse simpatizonim Hillaryn, por do te kemi mundesi ta shikojme si zv. presidente e ku i dihet zgjedhjeve te ardhshme do te kandidoje perseri. Por duhet thene se ajo ka qene nje grua e forte, me karaktet , intuite ,nje politikane e kompletuar, e denje per shtepine e bardhe.
Si shqipetare padyshim do kisha votuar Hillary apo Mccain, po si amerikan ama, ska pike dyshimi se do votoja Obamen, sepse ai djal eshte nje nderthurje e shpirtit te Martin Luter Kingut dhe Kennedy, eshte nje orator qe vjen ne 1000 vjet ne bote. Ka shtete konservatore ne SHBA, po nuk e di nga me vjen nje siguri se djali me ngjyre do te fitoje. Eshte nje nga ate politikane qe bejen histori, vetem ne mandatin e pare si senator, me pak se J. Keneddy ne senat, reth 3 vjet arin te kandidohet si kandidat i demokrateve(i zgjetdhur per here te pare si senator 2004) Ai mbajti fjalimin kryesor ne 2006, ne konventen e partise demokrate. Kur deklaroi se eshte pjese e gares, shumpak e njihnin, Hillary dukej e pamposhtur, sondazhet e nxirnin posht. Goditjen e pare ai njeri e dha ne Iwoa, shtet i vogel, por ishte shteti i pare i primareve, edhepse kryesonte me delegate Hillary, ai nuk u ndal, Hillary vazhdon kryesimin edhe pas te martes se madhe, ai nuk terhiqet perseri. Pastaj vijne 10 fitoret spektakulare te tija ne 10 shtete te vogla po qe i japin kryesimin, jehona e 10 fitoreve vazhdon edhe ne shtetet e medha, dhe tashme Obama eshte i paaritshem. Me gjithe perpjeket e fundit te Hillaryt ne 5 garat e fundit, ajo nuk arrin te rikuperoje, shtoj kesaj dhe votat e florides te cilat nuk u konsideruan(Florida shtet qe fitonte Hillary) erdhem ne diten e sotme te shohim fenomenin Obama si kandidat. Hillary u perpoq te bente edhe nje manover , manover qe ajo e quante vote popullore, dhe e deklaronte veten si me te forte perball Mccain se sa Obama( gje qe eshte e vertete,sepse ne sondazhe Hillary eshte me e forte se Obama perball Mccain), por keto arsye ishin te pakta, Obama ka me shume delegate dhe regullat jane regulla. Sonte Hillary ka deklaruar nje konference, thene me drejte nje zyrtarizim i humbjes , ne nje salle ne Washingtondhe le te presim, se pas takimit te mesjaves me Obamen, a ka pranuar postin e zevendesit te presidentit, per te bashkuar partine perballe GOP.

I wanted you to be one of the first to know: on Saturday, I will hold an event in Washington D.C. to thank everyone who has supported my campaign. Over the course of the last 16 months, I have been privileged and touched to witness the incredible dedication and sacrifice of so many people working for our campaign. Every minute you put into helping us win, every dollar you gave to keep up the fight meant more to me than I can ever possibly tell you.

On Saturday, I will extend my congratulations to Senator Obama and my support for his candidacy. This has been a long and hard-fought campaign, but as I have always said, my differences with Senator Obama are small compared to the differences we have with Senator McCain and the Republicans.

I have said throughout the campaign that I would strongly support Senator Obama if he were the Democratic Party's nominee, and I intend to deliver on that promise.

When I decided to run for president, I knew exactly why I was getting into this race: to work hard every day for the millions of Americans who need a voice in the White House.

I made you -- and everyone who supported me -- a promise: to stand up for our shared values and to never back down. I'm going to keep that promise today, tomorrow, and for the rest of my life.

I will be speaking on Saturday about how together we can rally the party behind Senator Obama. The stakes are too high and the task before us too important to do otherwise.

I know as I continue my lifelong work for a stronger America and a better world, I will turn to you for the support, the strength, and the commitment that you have shown me in the past 16 months. And I will always keep faith with the issues and causes that are important to you.
